Corona infection increases in these six districts of Bihar, where first phase election is going to happen


In Bihar, there has been an increase in corona infection in six districts with first phase assembly elections. Polling will be held in 71 seats in 16 districts in the first phase. The voting date is set to 28 October. In this phase, 2 crore 14 lakh 84 thousand 787 voters will exercise their franchise. Among them, 1 crore 12 lakh 76 thousand 396 men, 1 crore 01 lakh 29 thousand 101 and 599 voters of third gender will vote. There are 1066 candidates in the fray in this phase. These include 952 male, 114 female candidates. In this phase, maximum number of candidates are in Gaya Town and least in Katoriya Assembly Constituency.

Corona's active patients increase in these six districts in 20 days

In the last 20 days, active patients of Corona have increased in Patna, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Sheikhpura, Munger. In the first phase in the state, elections are to be held in 16 districts of Patna, Nalanda, Kaimur, Rohtas, Buxar, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jehanabad, Gaya, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Munger, Jamui and Banka.

2677 active patients in Patna become 2077

Patna, which comprised the first phase elections districts, had 2062 corona active patients on October 01, which increased to 2677 on October 21. At the same time, 105 to 175 in Bhojpur, 157 to 241 in Aurangabad, 211 to 224 in Jehanabad, 182 to 185 in Sheikhpura and 267 to 286 in Munger became active patients. On the other hand, in Kaimur, on October 01, there were 56 active patients, which was reduced to 47 on October 10, but again fell to 56 on October 21.
