Zee5 shows their trump card on the exact time by launching HiPi just after the ban of TikTok.

HiPi is a short video platform which offer the almost same features which was available in TikTok, although the time limit of content creating is even more than TikTok which offered maximum 60 seconds video, but the new HiPi offers 90 seconds video.
Amid border tensions, the Government of india has banned 59 Chinese apps including tiktok which is one of the fastest growing social media platform, but due to privacy issues and security concerns, the government of india imposed ban of TiKTok
After the ban, zee5 grabbed the opportunity without wasting time by pushing the short video platform on the zee5 app, which clearly going with the vision of zee5 which is "all in one entertainment app". Detailed information is awaiting but seeing the official screenshot shows that it will also have a subscription feature by which the content creators can earn by subscription model and according to reports, it will also have an advertisement mode of earnings.
