Yogi Adityanath has approved hiring of married/abandoned daughter on deceased dependent quota

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken another important decision for the uplifting of womens, the UP government has approved the employment of married daughter and abandoned daughter on the deceased dependent quota. The state did not yet have this system. After this decision of the Chief Minister, the way of getting a government job has been cleared on the dependent quota of married and abandoned daughter.

On Tuesday, amendment is allowed in the U.P. Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying in Harness Rules, 1974 to include married daughter and abandoned daughter in the definition of family for the job of the deceased dependent. The Chief Minister has taken this decision based on the order of the High Court for the Protection of Women's Rights.

According to the order of the High Court, it has been allowed to make provision in the Recruitment Rules 1974 of dependents of government servants who died in Uttar Pradesh. Based on this, the wife or husband, sons, adopted sons and unmarried daughters of married government servants under the family, married adopted daughters, widowed daughters and widowed sons and bridegrooms along with now married daughters and abandoned daughters will also be related.
