Central government assured to help for the development of Kedarnath and Badrinath

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that small areas from Rambara to Kedarnath should be connected with the historicity of Kedarnath so that devotees can also get interesting information about the historical and mythological significance of Kedarnath.
The Prime Minister was getting information about the ongoing work in Kedarnath Dham of Uttarakhand through video conferencing. The Prime Minister also witnessed various works going on in Kedarnath Dham through drones.
The Prime Minister said that the caves being built around Kedarnath should be developed in a planned manner so that their appearance is attractive. He said that construction works can be done at Kedarnath very fast. High priority tasks should be identified and completed first.
PM modi said that for the various development works in Kedarnath and Badrinath the state government would be given all possible help from the Center. A development plan will also be made for Badrinath Dham. The Prime Minister emphasized on the development plan according to the vision for the next hundred years.
He inquired from Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat about the status of travel in Kedarnath through video conferencing. He also referred to the works of the ghats being built at the confluence of Mandakini and Saraswati, the Kedarnath temple complex, the tomb of Adiguru Shankaracharya, the Saraswati Ghat and the Aastha Path, the bridges built on the way to Bhairava temple, the caves being built in Kedarnath, the bridges on the Mandakini river, the Mandakini and the Saraswati.
