Pune: Five prisoners escaped from the Yerewada central prison Pune, yerewada jail is called one of the safest jails in Maharashtra.
In escaped prisoners, 3 were booked for murder and Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act(MCOCA). The entire area has been sealed after the incident.
Search work has been started. Maharashtra Police believe that the prisoners have not yet escaped from the city due to the lockdown.
