The last date for submission of entries for 'My life,my yoga' extended till June 21, 2020

The last date for submission of entries for the recently announced video blogging competition 'My Life My Yoga' by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been extended till June 21, 2020. This global competition on digital platform is being jointly organized by the Ministry of AYUSH and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) on the occasion of the sixth International Yoga Day.

Earlier, the last date for submission of entries for this competition was fixed as 15 June 2020. There was a demand from the country and abroad to extend this date, so that the yoga fraternity can get more time to prepare the video. Keeping in view the huge demand, the Ministry and ICCR have decided to extend the last date for submission of entries to International Yoga Day i.e. 21 June.

The Prime Minister, while addressing the nation during his 'Mann Ki Baat' program on 31 May, called on everyone to participate in the video blogging competition 'Mera Jeevan, Mera Yoga'. This competition focuses on the significant transformational effects of yoga on people's lives.
