Delhi: Changes in rules for discharging of Corona patients

Administration made some Changes in corona patients discharge rules in Delhi. Now, If the patient does not have fever for 3 days, then the Corona infected or suspected patient can be discharged. Although the central government has made this change last month, but the Delhi government has now ordered hospitals to implement these, citing the recommendations of the Center.
Principal Secretary of Health Department Vikram Dev Dutt has instructed the Directors and Medical Superintendents of all hospitals that changes in the discharge policy have been made as per the instructions of the Union Ministry of Health. Corona patients may be discharged based on new regulations.
Under this, if a patient has pre-symptomatic, mild or very mild symptoms, then they should be checked in oxygen and fever every day by keeping them in a Corona monitoring center. If there is no fever for three days, the patient can be discharged. However, the patient should be advised to remain in isolation even at home.
