13 person from delhi’s LG office infected with corona virus

There were over 20,000 cases of corona virus infection in Delhi on Monday and the death toll has also risen to 523. So far, 8746 people have been cured, while 11,565 people are still infected.
The Health Department of Delhi said in the Health Bulletin issued on Monday that 20834 cases of infection have been done. According to the department, the death toll stood at 523. Of these, 50 people died between April 7 and May 31, nine people died on May 25, while 10 people died on May 30. The maximum number of 1295 cases was reported on Sunday, taking the number of infected to 19844. Thus, for the first time, the city received over 1200 cases of infection in a single day.
A total of 6238 patients are in quarantine, while 2748 people are admitted in hospitals like LNJP Hospital, RML Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital and Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital and AIIMS, Jhajjar. Of the total patients admitted, 219 are in ICU and 42 are on ventilator. The government has so far conducted 2,17,537 investigations. The number of containment zones in Delhi has increased to 124.
the office of General Administration Department of Delhi Government in Delhi Secretariat building has been closed to make it infection-free after the case of Corona Virus. The department office located on the third floor of the Secretariat building is being made infection free. The people working there have been asked to work from homes for the next one week. Four people working in the department were found infected with Corona virus last week, after which the entire section was closed to become infection-free.
